Grass wonder and Haru Urara

Created in less than 10 days with over 40 people involved. It was one of the first pieces of art to use all the colors available on Wplace at the time (early August 2025), with 250k pixels and 16 drawn characters of Touhou Project. And of course, dozens of hearts from people around the world. The artwork originates from the album Fortune Music – Selection of Nachi, with its cover designed by morinohon in 2015.

This wplace artwork recreates the cover of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, featuring Rei and Akari facing Mount Coronet, a tribute to exploration, history, and the origins of the Pokémon world.

On wplace, artists collaborated to reproduce the entire holographic card at an enormous scale, complete with the colourful swirl patterns, HP 270 label, and Sylveon’s graceful pose. The pixel piece faithfully captures the text and design details you’d find on the real GX card, including its attacks — “Magical Charm” and “Plea GX.”
